For custom orders, please allow to 2-4 weeks from the time payment has been received to the time we ship your order. Please contact us if you need your order sooner, as we can often place a rush on an order if necessary. All pre-made products will be shipped within one week from the time payment has been received.

During certain seasons/holidays, orders may take longer to complete so please place your orders as early as possible. When ordering, please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we will ship to the one provided on your order.

Orders are shipped via USPS, unless noted otherwise. All items are packaged in either a jewelry box or tin, ready to be given as a gift or kept for yourself.
